QUICK ANSWER

What's the difference between cohesive foam wrap and regular bandage tape?

Cohesive foam wrap sticks only to itself, not to skin, hair, or clothes. It tears by hand, conforms to fingers and joints, and stays tight through movement. AllaQuix® Wrapid™ is an ultra-thin, latex-free cohesive foam wrap built for pros who work with their hands. Used the same way as athletic tape but without the painful pull on removal.

HOW TO USE

Tear. Wrap. Done.

Grab the roll and tear by hand to the length you need. No scissors required.

02

Wrap

Wrap around the finger, joint, or wound. Conforms without bulk.

03

Press to stick

Press the end to itself. Wrapid™ stays tight with no extra adhesive.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does Wrapid™ stick to skin or hair?

No. Wrapid™ is a cohesive foam wrap, so it sticks only to itself. That's why it's so popular for pros who work with their hands: no painful pull on removal, no shaving the area first.

How do I use Wrapid™?

Tear off the length you need by hand, wrap around the finger, joint, or wound without bulk, then press the end to itself. No adhesive, no scissors. It stays tight through movement.

Can I reuse Wrapid™?

Wrapid™ can be unwrapped and rewound for the same person if it's still clean and dry. Replace it if it has absorbed blood or wound fluid, or once it's lost its cohesive feel.

Is Wrapid™ latex-free?

Yes. Wrapid™ is latex-free and hypoallergenic, safe for everyone in the kit, including people with latex sensitivities.

Is it strong enough for athletic taping?

Wrapid™ is used by athletic trainers as a quick alternative to traditional tape for finger taping, soft-tissue support, and securing dressings sideline. It is not a substitute for rigid athletic tape on joints under heavy load.

Can I use Wrapid™ with AllaQuix® High-Performance?

Yes, it is our most-recommended pairing. Apply AllaQuix® High-Performance chitosan gauze to the bleed, then wrap with Wrapid™ to lock it in place and keep working.
