ISLAND DRESSING WITH ADHESIVE BORDER: 

These bordered gauze dressings feature a 1” adhesive border around the absorbent pad, creating an “island” effect. Overall size of dressing is the number given in the description. The actual size of the absorbent pad is smaller by 1” on all four sides due to the adhesive border (refer to pictures for dimensions).

• 4x4 inch dressing = 2x2 inch absorbent gauze pad
• 4x8 inch dressing = 2x6 inch absorbent gauze pad
• 4x14 inch dressing = 2x12 inch absorbent gauze pad
